REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Registration and payment process can be done until Wednesday 10th October 2018.
After this deadline partecipants can purchase the registration and the congress networking dinner directly onsite. Registration fee onsite is published in the dedicated paragraph.

FEE AND DEADLINES

Fees below are inclusive of any applicable taxes and are quoted in Euro.

October 17th, 2018 – SIDAPA PRE-SYMPOSIUM

SIDAPA PRE-SYMPOSIUM is a full day meeting organized by SIDAPA – Società Italiana di Dermatologia Allergologica Professionale e Ambientale, offered prior to the formal commencement of the congress (ESCD 2018 Congress officially starts on October 18th, 2018).

The Fee Includes:

  • Access to SIDAPA PRE-SYMPOSIUM Scientific Sessions
  • Access to the Exhibition area
  • Congress Kit and attendance badge
  • Final Scientific program
  • Certificate of attendance
  • ECM Certificate
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunch

*Please note that the member fee can only be granted if you are a member of SIDAPA at the time of registration. If you are not a member yet, you need to apply for membership first and once you have received your membership confirmation, you can register at the member fee.

** Student/Resident proof of status is necessary to finalize the registration

Please note that the SIDAPA PRE-SYMPOSIUM registration fee does not include the registration to ESCD 2018 CONGRESS.

October 17th, 2018 – IBERO LATIN AMERICA PRE-SYMPOSIUM

IBERO LATIN AMERICA PRE-SYMPOSIUM is a full day meeting offered prior to the formal commencement of the congress (ESCD 2018 Congress officially starts on October 18th, 2018).

October 17th, 2018 – DKG/IVDK PRE-SYMPOSIUM

DKG/IVDK PRE-SYMPOSIUM is a 90 minutes meeting organized by the DEUTSCHE KONTAKTALLERGIE-GRUPPE (DKG) and INFORMATIONSVERBUND DERMATOLOGISCHER KLINIKEN (IVDK), offered prior to the formal commencement of the congress (ESCD 2018 Congress officially starts on October 18th, 2018).

October 18th-20th, 2018 – ESCD 2018 CONGRESS

ESCD 2018 CONGRESS is a three days meeting organized by ESCD – European Society of Contact Dermatitis.

Official Language: English

The Fee Includes:

  • Access to ESCD 2018 CONGRESS and PRE-SYMPOSIA
  • Access to the Exhibition area
  • Congress Kit and attendance badge
  • Final Scientific program
  • Certificate of attendance
  • CME Certificate
  • Coffee breaks

  • Welcome reception (17th October)

*Please note that the member fee can only be granted if you are a member of ESCD or ACDS at the time of registration. If you are not a member yet, you need to apply for membership first and once you have received your membership confirmation, you can register at the member fee.

** Student/Resident proof of status is necessary to finalize the registration

Please note that the ESCD 2018 CONGRESS registration fee includes the registration to SIDAPA PRE-SYMPOSIUM, but does not include the CONGRESS NETWORKING DINNER.

Participants register and pay for CONGRESS NETWORKING DINNER separately and in addition to the main congress.

SOCIAL EVENT

We are proud to announce that the Congress Networking Dinner will be held in the delightful Palazzo Bovara (Corso Venezia, 53, Milan – Palestro station, green line M2).

Partecipants will be welcomed starting from 08 PM. Congress Netwoking Dinner begging will be from 08:30 PM

CANCELLATION POLICY

All amendments or cancellations should be submitted by e-mail to Triumph Italy srl – Milano at registration@thetriumph.com.
The cancellation will be accepted until 12/08/2018; before this date 50% of the amount will be refunded, however, bank administration fees will not be reimbursed.
No refund will be made for cancellations made after 12/08/2018.

Il pagamento della quota d’iscrizione deve avvenire prima dell’inizio del Congresso.
Chi si registra all’evento e vuole che l’iscrizione venga fatturata ad una P.A. non può assolutamente pagare con la propria carta di credito o con bonifico bancario dal suo c/c, ma il pagamento dovrà essere effettuato direttamente dall’Ente, che dovrà anche fornire un documento ufficiale contenente i dati per la fatturazione.
